I think we are heading for an exciting year. It is quite possible some events will happen before the Spac deal and the then following reverse split. eg. the demonstration results getting published before the RS is certainly a possibility ; I can think of a few other catalysts. The ratio of the deal is fixed so it does not matter when the good news of these events will come because if the shareprice rises and the reverse split number is lower , we will keep more shares but the GXII shareholders will also get more shares so they benefit equally.
For the mental peace of some I hope the events I have in mind happen before the RS . But it really does not matter.
With what I am experiencing in some other start ups I can write a book of things which are illegal in the financial world. Look at a few of the videos I posted on the LWLG message board recently.
The reason why I am in this stock is because of the management team and the confidence I have in their integrity. I believe they know what they are doing.
Wow, a guaranteed return for the wealthiest. Fantastic. That’s what we all want, isn’t it? Unfortunately it doesn’t exist. Look where Madoff ended up with his guaranteed returns for the wealthiest.
