NOTE 7 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES
On December 15th, 2021 the Company signed a LOI and plans to acquire NRG Equipment LLC, a Montana LLC primarily engaged in the business of holding and leasing of equipment. In a stock and debt assumption transaction to close on or before June 1st, 2023. If that transaction closes, that acquisition would boost assets by approximately $5mm while lowering lease costs. Terms of the transaction have been negotiated but not yet finalized.

Hopefully we’ll get to hear if this was a stock, cash or combination purchase.

Now maybe they can focus on up listing to OTCQB while continuing to grow the company!
