He was surprised and grateful to meet the two key people in this venture. I was on the phone in the background, listening to the conversation for 10 to 15 minutes. And I would say excited as well! LTL had just called me to ask where the seafood bar/café was in relationship to the property. I personally am super jazzed and excited about the opportunity to own stock in this company at this time. Huge upside!
At a loss for words…?…somewhat…but I didn’t ask them questions I knew they couldn’t answer.

I actually felt pretty sheepish about some of the things I said long ago to Ron on the phone, and emails…when I didn’t think he was treating shareholders right.
