If the financials are good, .05 is conservative,

Waiting to see how much the revenues and earnings are impacted from the Audit

The long delay is hurting the stock price.

At a price of .08 the market cap would be $37.2 million.

If sales and earnings are increasing in fiscal year 2023, $37.2 million is quite feasible.
