Why has the board allowed WC to dillute shareholder equity for over 2 years?

I know you know this but it is worth repeating over and over because it is so important:

The "Clive Note" is EVERYTHING to AABB. It is the only reason they exist. They have used it to rip off investors to the tune of $150 million.
