Looks like shareholders don’t read filings……and

does everyone think they all decided to purchase $46,000 worth of stock EACH on the same day and then file on the same day?

It a stock award for the continued failure. (Kyle’s word)

They got $26K each for 2020, $40K for 2021, and now $46K for 2022.

It will be in the 10K in a few months.
