Agree totally Investo with every point you make. These pie in the sky longs need to get their heads out of the clouds.

I see now over on HSM there is a lot of speculation on the extension they signed. Here is something interesting. They Pr'd the letter of intent on Nov. 20...then Pr'd the extension on Jan. 4...a difference of roughly 45 days. It will be 45 days from that extension pr come Feb. 18, so you have to believe that time is rapidly running out unless they sign another extension.
