my point is that with or without the change ----- Mnuchin choose to perpetuate the conservatorship

either F and F pay cash --

or
in the world of smoke and mirrors - F and F get to keep that money - build up reserves but yes owe a growing and growing LP amount

no difference between cash sent Versus cash kept but IOU goes up same amount (just the new method is smoke and mirrors bull)
