The government would love to treat all legacy shareholders equally badly. Unfortunately this is not possible because JPS are contractually protected against dilution. The beating therefore goes to those who are least able to defend themselves.

By which I mean, the "evil" emanates from the government and its courts, not from the skeptics here on this board who are just positioning themselves according to the realities.

No, I'm just joking about how KT and other skeptics who insist that if given the chance the government will immediately treat one class of Shareholders better than another class.
