They stopped responding to me because I would email them every time I saw an error on their website, which, a few years ago, would happen regularly. They used to put the wrong dates for the wrong conferences all the time.
That's typical of brilliant techies... They can build incredible technology, but they overlook the simple, daily things in life! ;)
