None of us do, which is why I was trying to determine whether the 2022 Annual Report satisfies the OTCM requirements on its own.

Based on the OTCM requirements, it doesn't. Thus, we shouldn't expect it to go pink current until they submit the 2021 Annual Report. .

But the attorney letter is arguing that it satisfies the SEC disclosure requirements and therefore the OTCM requirements aren't necessary. If the OTCM accepts this argument, then it could go pink current at any time.
