It certainly seems that I do !

I think the numbers are SO BAD, that the CFO is quitting so that he is NOT an Officer of the company at the time of the filing.

You may also recall that I stated on the day of the Non-Compliance Notice, that if the HYZN numbers are REALLY BAD, that HYZN could fall below $1.00 !
