The understatement of 2023 (so far):

"The timing of Sam Chong's resignation is a bit questionable. His termination date is just 3 days prior to the Feb. 13th deadline for the financials."

If there was anything good, Chong would not be leaving after less than one year.

Here is a question for Goldie or Dave : Will Sam sign off on the restated financials or is his departure timed so that he doesn't have to sign?
