If they want to sell any shares, they have to stay current. My guess is they have AS 3b on their quarterly but 9b AS on Colorado SOS/OTCM. Should be resolved quickly, if not then they sell no stock.

That seems odd as it appears their filings are up to date.
Something is not right.
