So it appears that for every 1 million shares of $PVSP you hold, you will receive about 3000 shares of the new company.

What I see is that your % of pvsp will be the same % of the 15mm shares. The deal with the merger was Zen owns 85% of pvsp and shareholders own 15%.
I’m uncertain how/re what basis these 360:1 formulas were calculated.
