IMO They aren't looking for a quick PR toss-n-go. They are setting this up for bigger things. this seems like a "current and relevant" shareholders type of news to let us know that there are things in the works.
This is of course my own speculation towards management's decision-making. If this is the case then it actually is smart to do. That way, once PR things begin to come out of the woodworks, they will have larger history to look at for future investors. Megola Inc. seems to be setting this up the right way moving forward.
