"Fraud, fraud, everywhere" But less in the US than in most other countries. That's why smart money comes here, and especially to the NYSE. As I often say, the NYSE has about 2500 listed stocks but just one or two crippling frauds a year. And those odds can be improved by sticking with larger listings, established cash div payers and employing the most basic security analysis.
