I still think Apple is the one to watch. Emile didn’t let them off the hook for nothing. I believe they got something in the works. We will see. Go VPLM!

You might be onto something but still speculation at this point.
It would be terrific if apple could be brought back into the litigation fold as I am convinced that they are not only using VPLM’s tech (admission in the record) but also willfully infringed (hint: look up apple’s denied attempt to file rbr patent and whom they lost first to file to on that).
