PBHG was originally a subsidiary of his ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL. When the SEC permanently revoked ARTS Eddie announced ARTS (and it's "assets") had been acquired by PROTEK CAPITAL..not SUTI.

So if anyone has a claim to to this turd it's the holders of PRPM which Barry Mezey has locked down with a LIEN that Eddie can't seem to dispose of.
