Do you have a link or just the man with NO Pertinent GSE LINK.

There is no SEC filing that mentions that the GSES are in BK.

The GSEs are not Debtors or Insolvent and this is not subject to the US Bankruptcy Code.

It is a good read and you will see that he clearly thought that shareholders should be treated fairly and that it was the intent of HERA for the GSEs to be resolved like a FDIC Depository Institution.
