Sorry...I don't agree . If you read the recent court filings you can see he's fighting very hard to reduce/cancel the shares of Clinton Stokes, as well at trying to get the CE removed. The fins are also pretty good. And the MC is ridiculous. No dilution either. One day the CE will be removed and then bingo!
