Sounds like a reasonable strategy to me.
Remember that the Company may well make one or more acquisitions or related business diversification deals before the Ellicottville situation is settled. Execution on the business diversification strategy will likely result in a higher stock price at least for a while (no longer will the Company have "all its eggs in one basket" or be a "one trick pony" to borrow two popular cliches).
IMO, however, the acquisitions or deals are not likely to happen until March-April-May. In the interim, I think time is on your side and there is no need to be impatient to add.
