LOL BS !!!

2. There is no evidence that I've seen to show that the Moore family's home is in foreclosure. The link shown to support this is nothing more than a zillow or similar website referencing the home's sales history. There are dozens of these sites and they do not show anything about a foreclosure. If I'm wrong here, please show me where I am wrong.

Uh...NO and totally FALSE misinformation !!!

1) ZILLOW is a massive public traded company now and runs an entire "PRE FORECLOSURE" business unit as there are a LOT of cash buyers who hunt for these type of distressed properties. Thus, ZILLOW has entire teams and computer bots that comb the county PUBLIC RECORDS at the recorder's offices to look for PUBLIC NOTICES OF DEFAULT actions, as ALL real estate "actions" are in the public domain.

2) ZILLOW would face huge legal liabilities for getting it wrong and posting false PRE FORECLOSURE NOTICES about properties and in-turn their owners. Thus, they triple check their info before it EVER hits their public site and business unit where Realtors and specialty buyers look and hunt for these distressed properties to "try" and buy them before they hit the "auction block" - an entire business exits of buying distressed properties and I've personally done it many, many times.

3) Roseville CA aka home to the Moore More clan Granite Bay Country Club gig - is in PLACER COUNTY. It took me less than 3 minutes to check the recorder's office and find MULTIPLE "Actions of default" filed from past-due HOA "notice to liquidate the property" to recoup unpaid dues and several... "Loan notices of default" and yes, the property is heavily encumbered with both a 1st mortgage AND a 2nd mortgage - they've been tapping the till obviously aka MILLER HIGH LIFE living.

This is BASICS 101 on properties and DISTRESSED PROPERTIES specifically. I'm not going to do folks homework for um here - but the COUNTY RECORDER is where the facts are and the info is there and is EXACTLY where ZILLOW "scrapes" their FACTS and info from !!!

https://www.placer.ca.gov/1748/Real-Property-Records

ANY "PROPERTY RECORDINGS" and especially NOTICES OF DEFAULT are published in local newspapers (as part of the legal process leading to foreclosure IF it gets that far) and ALWAYS are published at the County Recorder's office -
It's what leads eventually to what is deemed the "AUCTION ON THE COURTHOUSE STEPS" from the old days of how a property was repo'd and STILL pretty damn close to "how it is done" still to this day.

As stated - professional buyers of "distressed properties" and specialty Realtors and ALL CASH BUYERS etc use these tools all day long, 24/7 and 365.

An entire business segment of "The Real Estate biz" of cash buyers, flippers etc live and make a living ..off of these kinds of notices and records.

ZILLOW is always correct - they have as stated, an entire business unit dedicated to finding these properties and dealing in them !!

Zillow DOES list Pre-forclosures, it's on their site. Click on the For Sale tab then click on the down arrow. I found three where I live.

Here's their description:

The lender initiated foreclosure proceedings on these properties because the owner(s) were in default on their loan obligations. Pre-foreclosures also include properties for which a foreclosure auction is scheduled.
