Skwyerz never intended to file an S-1. It was just a ruse to get old shareholders to vote themselves out of the picture by giving Skwyerz more shares. Did anyone ever see those 2020 filings he claimed were completed? Furthermore, even the most crooked auditor would never go along with Skwyerz' bullshit anymore. Skwyerz can't file honestly without incriminating himself. In dreams only; will bagholders ever see an S-1 for old shareholders. You have a better chance of being elected president than seeing an S-1. If you want to be a part of QMC, prepare more money to be a new shareholder and do it all over again.
