Management with the depth and expertise and Dye's own expectations let alone his own investments would require a huge premium which doesn't seem plausible at this time. While I believe something very big is happening I would rather see them go the route you mentioned doing everything with cash and a solid balance sheet. However, I trust they know a heck of a lot more and have a whole more to lose than any of us.
