Bingo. People here need to educate themselves on what an loi is and what it covers. There was no guarantee of any merger at all, no guarantee of 120 days, etc. That was nothing more than their forward looking statement at the time with the loi in place.

If that fell through, she’ll find another.

I feel, CC was created a fake company with thru close friends which is DBM company and released the PR about the merger to have more time to shop another merger company. CC is not doing great nowadays and is wasting of shareholders time.
