Below is what I got when I ask about the changes they are making to accts in FL. I emailed them BEFORE the SEC settlement was announced. I got an email about the changes to my acct and wanted confirmation that the account and interest earnings was still in good standing.
Must admit I have lost faith in all things crypto with the FTX mess which took down BlockFi also.... Hard to know who you can trust :(

Furthermore, you won't be able to sell your NEXO Tokens through our exchange since currently, trading NEXO Tokens and XRP is unavailable for US residents as stated in our dedicated article. However, rest assured that you are able to withdraw them at any time you want.
