He’s doing that so that folks won’t put 2 and 2 together and come to the realization that if it only takes a weekend to pinpoint treasure and they’re working on Melbourne then the Toy doesn’t work as proclaimed in the recent in house promo.

SFRX has to tell the state if the site is inactive per the statutes.
