Just like with trump, accept they tried to cover it up, and it took the courts and subpoenas, and a constant battle too get those papers. Trump's lawyers were suppose to do it, that is how things are handled when it comes to the court. Most people use lawyers.

I have no idea what you're talking about, Ivan. That's probably because you have no idea either.

The DOJ wouldn't have ever searched any former presidents' homes or offices without a lot of cause.

and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

That's in our Constitution. I'm not sure if your country has a Constitution.

--------------------

After unexpectedly discovering Obama-Biden records at the Penn Biden Center, the President’s personal attorneys conducted searches of the President’s personal residences for additional government records and, because the attorneys do not have security clearances, followed the standard search protocol. Following the initial discovery of the Penn Biden Center documents, whenever a document bearing classified markings was identified, the search was suspended of the box, file or other space where the document was discovered, with the potentially classified material left in place as found. The government was then promptly notified. It is for this reason that the President’s personal attorneys do not know the precise number of pages in the discovered material, nor have they reviewed the content of the documents, consistent with standard procedures and requirements. Adhering to this process means that any disclosure regarding documents cannot be conclusive until the government has conducted its inquiry, including taking possession of any documents and reviewing any surrounding material for further review and context.

STATEMENT FROM BOB BAUER, PERSONAL ATTORNEY FOR THE PRESIDENT

None of the documents discovered were even known to be missing. Biden could have kept them or destroyed them. He did the right thing instead.

Honestly dude, you make a good enough case for being a fucking moron without all the overkill.

I'll predict that when it's said and done, the National Archives will be found to have delivered those documents to the Penn Biden Center. That's the normal course for former administration officials to have access to their records and documents.
