And there you have it. For almost 17 months (while in the EM) we read that it was only (mainly?) CANADIANS who could buy and USA couldn't. Indeed, 95-99% couldn't buy. So now we read this:

You realize there were probably more on the US side buying in EM than in Canada? How do I know? I'm Canadian. And there's probably only like 10, 15 max smallish Canadian traders on this.
