This statement is completely FALSE.

The RS will only be in effect to uplist to the NASDAQ and for that reason only.

This was NEVER stated by the COMPANY....... NEVER.
Only third party shareholders really in desperation mode.

Sorry but BOXS DOES NOT fulfill most of the REQUIREMENTS to be unlisted to NASDAQ and would take YEARS to meat the requirements.

So the ALREADY APPROVED REVERSE SPLIT that WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE HAPPENING to allow for the 2.8 BILLION SHARE DILUTION.
Not a matter of IF but WHEN.
BOXS has STATED this in their FILINGS......

The REVERSE SPLIT will occur BEFORE the DILUTION is ready to be
recorded. READ THE FILINGS FOLKS..
