Looks like court is in session Monday after all. I Checked the NC site Spence put up yesterday, and checked Wake County (where the capital Raleigh is located....just to check on another county besides Buncombe) and they have several cases scheduled for Monday also. Going to make a phone call to further confirm...stand by mates.

It could be a delay tactic guys. F and BA may have asked for thr hearing on that day. The courts normaly sets those things up, But sometime that does happen from the lawyers.
