This is a ridiculous accusation.

If @PCTL_ was in compliance with SOX act disclosures it’s likely we would know shareholders paid for their customers customers campaign via Business Intelligence Group. We’d also know how much money was kicked backed and laundered

But lets not stop with PCTL and Crothall. If this is really a scandal operation lets go after all the big names and bring the whole thing down...

Or maybe it's really just a industry accepted and endorsed platform that industry leaders across a broad spectrum like FedEx, Ford, HP, Verizon, etc. are all a part of as a way to recognize peers for successful products and achievements.

Even if PCTL did pay the nomination (I doubt it), they would have no influence over the independent judge panel in order to actually win the award.

I looked at a few of the names, they are reps from companies like Dow Chemical, Google, Facebook, Cummings, etc. I find it hard to believe these reputable people are all a part of a scam operation as being alleged.

Noted and Incorrect.

The act requires disclosure if it the filer can't "check the box" on a 10K.
The Act does not require compliance with the facets of the Act, but if not fulfilled require disclosure.

PCT has addressed the disclosures required under the rules of the Act in the body of the 10K.

Generally on or near page 70 of PCT's most recent 10K.

So then PCT is fact in compliance with the SOX act.

SEC SUMMARY of the rule in part;

First, the rules require a company to disclose whether it has at least one "audit committee financial expert" serving on its audit committee, and if so, the name of the expert and whether the expert is independent of management. A company that does not have an audit committee financial expert must disclose this fact and explain why it has no such expert. Second, the rules require a company to disclose whether it has adopted a code of ethics that applies to the company's principal executive officer, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer or controller, or persons performing similar functions. A company disclosing that it has not adopted such a code must disclose this fact
