Not sure. Out of nowhere OTCX came on ask yesterday and started doing same thing doing today. Always on ask with 100k shares. Even selling into bid. Not familiar with OTCX why I'm trying to figure out who this person is and why when he puts shares on ask only under OTCX. He just put another 100k ask up.
