The market is not yet aware of $WSRC news or potential. It might take some time to generate enough awareness to create the volume necessary to launch $WSRC into the stock stratosphere... where it belongs.
The technicals appear to indicate that $WSRC should already be a $5 stock based on anticipated funding and revenues from only the $1.9 BILLION Twitchell Reservoir project... now officially approved and underway.
Hang in there. It will happen. This will very likely become a multi-decade, multi-project $WSRC / MSL endeavor generating tens of $BILLIONS in funding from federal and state agencies... California is DESPERATE for water... and $WSRC / MSL is poised to mitigate silt drainage and restore reservoir capacities at several reservoirs throughout California to provide the state with the extremely significant water capacities it requires to be stored and distributed on a long term basis.
Not yet confirmed, but word on the street is that $WSRC / MSL is poised to be awarded other mutli-$BILLION California FEMA funded disaster mitigation projects in the near future...
... with more multi-$BILLION mitigation projects lined up behind those.
At some point, the only limiting factor might be the number of such projects $WSRC / MSL can feasibly operate and manage.
One can only hope and wait.
