There is almost no demand for shares. I am not 100% sure there is no manipulation, but I think it’s unlikely. There is considerable uncertainty about Elite being able to market products without a partner. If they can successfully clear that hurdle while also getting more ANDA’s approved the rally in ELTP stock should be significant. How much money they have to burn making the transition is another worrisome unknown but the potential reward is worth the risk. GLTA
