RM announcement any time after PC

If I’m not mistaken, I believe $TSNP’s merger was announced before some of the share cancellations. So, we could see the RM news shortly after PC—which I believe is imminent! I certainly wouldn’t want to be out of GVSI over the weekend. My opinion.

Why would it take courts to terminate shares and reduce the SS?

I don't think there will be 2 different cancellations of shares. It will most like be done all at once in the courts.

The 294 Million and the other significate reduction in one motion, like he did with SRNW.
