That's very interesting. Many of us assumed there were lots of Canadians buying GVSI in EM mode but maybe there were just a few whales up there gradually accumulating cheap shares. I suppose we'll never know.
Scotiabank allowed me to buy no prob, picked up some dub 8s months ago. Im not a whale, but I did already have a position prior to going EM, so maybe they might not have allowed the buy if I didnt already own shares? Dont know, but Scotia is one of the biggest banks in Canada and I bought shares during EM just using the website without calling it in.
