Maybe. Here is my view of AABB:

From the financials:
As of December 31, 2020, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 1,495,125,509

As of September 30, 2022, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was:
2,569,401,657

Between timecall and WC they have gotten close to 2 billion shares, issued @ 0.004, 0.001, 0.003, 0.0004. None of these note holder show in the financials and if they had any more than 5% of the OS they would be listed per the OTC rules. IR has confirmed timecall is long gone and have no shares and WC converts as he gets them with more than 1 billion shares to go.

In my view, these converted shares is what has killed the sp - retail cannot compete to billion shares sold @ steep discounted prices. This is not naked shorting
