It has been like this since early 2021. Nothing moves this. Even when 1 to 2 billion volume. The management makes more selling shares is why they do not care about dilution. Never going to sell enough CBD to justify what they did. Shareholders screwed. They pumped this right after Nov 3 2020 election when under 5 billion a/s. 2 increases later stuck. Boxed in for years.
