As for APTO, I don’t think they have really good new data. They would share it. As you know, they are desperate for good news to move SP higher. Last year, Apto was reporting each new CR with Tusp almost in real time. I think, Rice knows FDA expectations for AA. mDoR of 6 months is unofficial bar that FDA usually requires to overcome. With respect to ORR, 13% is possibly the lowest number FDA thinks is meaningful. If ORR of 13% with Tusp possibly has a chance to be achieved based on current data, durability of CR is not supported at all by what they have. Rice didn’t say a word about how they are going to deal with it in last presentation. In my view, if 6 mo is required to claim success, the trial will fail.
