Good question....I think a lot of us are misinformed about the Market Makers role in all of this and whether they are really interfering like some would say

I don't even think GVSI has had a MM assigned yet

I will give the disclaimer that I am no expert.
I have held shares in GVSI for a couple years now and just purchased more on Tuesday.
But my trader knowledge is more on the novice side of things compared to some on here. Hence why I would never be one to give advice or to push back on others here. I understand basic concepts and have learned to block out the pumpers and bashers and to ride catalysts.

I am no expert on how and when MM's manipulate or not. I do know shorting is a problem. I understand there is of course retail. But it also feels like MM's control "when" they let a stock go. My understanding is that retail buyers purchase shares through MM's. But I feel like the MM's have some control on how that plays and and when. Am I wrong in thinking there is MM assets that can be used to control PPS if they want to hold it down until a later time?

Feel free to educate me if you have knowledge here I do not have.
