Yes they are behind in multiple filings due but as I posted, the requirements for a ticker to be placed into expert market, if SEC REPORTING, would be missing its last report due date by 180 days. Its last report due date would be 6-30-22. They file that, it would kick the next 180 day cycle from the end point of 9-30-22. They would be placed out of expert and back into limited until filing the necessary filings for current status.

As for your quote, you are using GREY market info. Expert market is where LCLP is.

Life Clips management cannot blame the accounting firm, they had months to keep the ship a float. Even if the company lost money at least they would have played the game and created investor confidence.
