From what I understand, there's a new lender in play. if so, won't they have to revisit all that due diligence, title search, etc - so pushing out another few months at least? I feel like this is the largest herding of cats I've ever imagined....
I'm hearing that the next update, whenever it is, will be huge. Even if the deal is not closed by then. I think your timeline is in line with my source.
