IMO Charles Payne has the best show on the Fox biz channel. Every time I watch him he has someone one discussing the market technicals and people that are closely market related, BUT he and everyone else on biz TV is still way too bullish. They attempt to skew the perception as being bullish, when in reality we're in a bear market, not a bull market.
IMO they think they have to appear bullish to their audience to keep people watching. Charles Payne wants to come on and still talk about the bull market prior to this last bust, but he can't it's not there anymore. Payne does on occasion talk about the Fed and gold too.
