I have a question for investors who are also in the legal field...when a company portrays they are working on and will be delivered Product X and it doesn't happen (yet you invested because of that / their PRs / and hype) AND they then change things up to Product Y, isn't that clear MISREPRESENTATION to the investment public? tia
