The volume in the last hour of the day, combined with the after hour large block settling sells accounts for roughly 200 million of the volume today IMO.

Fairly certain around 890 million shares have actually been added to the outstanding share count in the course of a week, despite all the banter otherwise.
Which originated from the CEO.
I expect a "well, that's what was agreed upon" type explanation in the near future.
