AS increase to 7 billion by end of July, when the 6 billion is maxed out and a 1 for 10,000 reverse split Jan 2024 wiping all shareholders out again.

Does Steve Reinharz raise the Authorized Shares past 6 Billion shares or do a Reverse Split????

Capital Change = shares decreased by 1 for 100 split Ex-date=08/24/2018.
Capital Change = shares decreased by 1 for 10,000 split. Ex-date=03/27/2020
