Why is Black Diamond, CCTC Acquisition Group et al getting a deal worth 2/3 of the current share price?

Why are you not quoting the 73,000,000 shares given out?

Who is CCTC Acquisition group besides being related the Black Diamond?

Why did CCTC Acquisition Group come in to being over 7 years ago? This is clearly a slow burn take over screwing shareholders.
