AS I understand, You will get a pro rata share of the 15% block in the new artizen Pubco to what your percentage of PVSP is on the record date.
If the new Pubco is going to have 100MM total issued/outstanding then:
Eg: if you own 10MM shares of say 5 billion share outstanding in current PVSP, that equates to a 0.2% stake.
That means you will get 0.2% of the 15 million shares allocated to common shareholders.
I believe that how it should work.
